Thank You

On behalf of the school and the PTA we would like to thank everyone who came along to our fair yesterday. We hope you all enjoyed the day. A big thanks as well to all the volunteers who manned our stalls, and helped us put up and take down all the equipment.

To all the individuals and businesses who made donations and contributed to the success of the fair we also send our thanks.

Finally a mention to Glen Kirkby, Dick Nardella and Chris Duckworth who got the crowd going with the chocolate wheel and live auction.

If you want to send us any feedback on the fair then please feel free to drop us a comment via the email address tuamarinafair@gmail.com

Toys and Books

Next week's donation is Toys and Books. So good luck with trying to thin down those cupboards.

We will also continue taking bottles because of the short week at school. The bottle can be anything from foodstuffs, toiletries or wine.

We are doing fantastic with all your support and donations.

First Newsletter

Look out for the fair newsletter that will be landing in your mailbox shortly. For those who receive it by email why not forward it on to friends and family to spread the word.

We are hoping to part fund some new adventure playground equipment with the proceeds from this year's event. This will be designed for the Junior School and help to build confidence, strength and agility whilst having lots of fun.

New for this year...

Michelle Bassett is running a Quilt stall at this year's event, featuring an array of homemade items for you to purchase.

The sign painting is still waiting to get going due to the weather so if you have any spare time in September you'll find the gang in the pool area on dry days, brush in hand.

If anyone has any surplus paint then just drop it off at school.

See you there.

Date Confirmed - Can You Help?

This years fair will be held on Saturday 20th November between 10am and 2pm. The PTA will start planning for the event from July onwards.

Below are a few areas where we will need some help:

1. Building of wooden advent calendar
2. Painting of signs for each stall/event
3. Approaching businesses for support/sponsorship

If you feel you could assist with any of the above then contact the PTA via the school on 03 570 5621 or via email at tuamarinafair@gmail.com.
